Terms of Service

By creating an account or using CaaS (operated by Exempli Gratia Indonesia), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

CaaS lets you deploy open-source application templates and your own container images onto managed infrastructure. The service is provided on an "as is" basis during this MVP phase and may change.

You are responsible for what you deploy. You may not use CaaS to host illegal content, send spam, run malware, mine cryptocurrency without authorization, or attempt to disrupt the platform or other tenants. We may suspend deployments that violate this.

Keep access to your email and connected Google/GitHub account secure — they are how you sign in. You are responsible for activity under your account.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
